IT Training - TechHire (Advanced)

DCI Resources, LLC (The Learning Academy)’s Advanced IT Career Pathways Certification Program is an exact curricula duplicate of the very popular "ITXpress: TechHire Initiative" program, providing specialized IT training and support services for participants who wish to enter the high paying Information Technology workforce.

This program places participants, based on a preliminary pre-assessment, into one of (15) fifteen IT Career Pathways (additional Career Pathways will most likely developed and included, as to keep current with the needs of the IT Sector). Each Career Pathway is defined by a series of widely-recognized IT Credentials, including: Internet Core Competency Certification Global Standard 5 (IC3 GS5), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), CompTIA and CISCO. Tech jobs pay one and a half times the average wage of non-IT positions, and the aforementioned credentials are proven to be sought after in the IT field. This program assists participants with obtaining the technology skills that employers need, serving as an innovate way to get on the fastest path to well-paying and high-growth jobs in in-demand workforce sections like healthcare, advanced manufacturing and financial services. Training takes place within an approximately 12-15 week period of hands-on training, and is also paired with Career Development/Readiness Sessions and Placement Assistance through numerous IT recruitment firms.
